Possible Ich?

I just noticed a white spot on Roy Cherry's gill and I'm wondering if that's enough to diagnose ich. Below are 3 pictures:

I apologize for the water-stained glass, but you can clearly see the white spot in all three pictures. There are no more on any part of his body. I currently only have Maracyn 1 and 2, so if any other medications are necessary for whatever this may be, please let me know. Thanks.
