I recommend having a lot of "cover" (caves, houses, skulls, etc...) for the dwarf frogs. They love having places they can hide in. I've had a 20 gallon community tank of dwarf frogs and I loved watching them (a plague mysteriously hit my tank so I sadly lost all of them). I recommend having a large amount of plants as well, since betta enjoy "resting" on them (my boy charmander does in my 10 gallon).
