I think I'm going to make one a sorority...start off with 7 or 9 girls....that way I could get any that catch my eye in the future...
I dunno whether to make one a community with one male betta or split it, probably into 3, possibly four.
Wow by the time summer ends I might have 16 bettas O.O

I think the rule of thumb is you go by how long (in inches) the fish is to G's. So 1inch=1G.

Hm 7-9ish girls sound okay for a 29 gallon. Its going to be planted of course..and I don't think I'm going to add any other fish other than female bettas

I would do one a sorority and the other either a community tank or split it for a bunch of males. lol.

I tihkn you could get maybe 10 or 12 girls in that ank, provided you have nothing else.

I've always wanted to keep Kuhli loaches. They are SO cute! Dwarf puffers, too.
