We do treat our Betta like this! Do you?

Hi All,

I wonder to have some accessories inside my aquarium. But we never did that. We treat our Betta with a simple aquarium or even bottle. It's strange to see Betta Fish inside a big aquarium with some accessories.

Here's some pics:

What do u think?

I love Betta and this is our culture :)

I must say, they do get more room than those little cups we put them in here. I always thought Petsmart cups were small until I saw my other LFS (privately owned) they are even smaller. I wish we gave them temp. homes that large while at the store.

So you're a breeder? That's so cool! I guess you could put certain plants in them? Not sure. This is my first time seeing bettas in places like that, it's very organized. The only ones I've seen IRL are the ones in bags, put together haha :)

Very nice set up you have there. Many breeders on large scales have setups similar to yours. Most of us on here keep bettas as pets and there for give them large aquariums. Breeders here also keep their fish in tanks similar to yours. I believe many of them put a little floating plant such as java moss in the tank to make the fish more comforable.. but its not necessary.

Looks cool! Must be nice to have natural heat rather than having to buy heaters! Whenever I hear of someone keeping a tropical fish in their pond I get so jealous!

Those tanks are SO much better than the tiny cups pet stores sell them in in North America!!!

Kelly.. you should move to FL. I was told there is a breeder (who'll be judging our show here in GA) that converted his swimming pool to a grow out tank LOL... unfortunately he lost a lot of fish over the winter.
