Bettas with issues

Sorry if this topic has already been covered. My computer wont let me open too many things. So.. here goes..

Betta #1 - Male CT, normally blue-ish/black body with red/blue fins. I noticed today his body looks, well charcoaled for lack of a better term. It looks black and strange.All his fins look fine except one side one looks like it had a chunk taken out of the end of it.

Betta #2 - Male VT, red colored. Has not been eating for about a week now. Just sits in the top of his tank and stays there. To the point of looking dead, i poked him just to make sure he wasnt. He finally ate today but i noticed a small bump down by his rear end. what is it?

A few questions...
How big are the tanks, what is the water temp,
how much and how often are the water changes and when was the last one?
Any additives used, if so, what for, how much
Food, what kind and feeding schedule
Live plants
Do you have water prams number for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH
How long have you had the fish and do you know how old they are
Are you a new fish/betta owner

I know lots of questions but this will help us help you figure out what is going on and best treatment option.....

My fish is actually doing the same thing as his second one listed.

Tank is 2 gallons, temp is 81 degrees F
100% water changes twice a week(every 4 days roughly)
TetraAqua aquasafe, and api freshwater aquarium salt
2-3 pellets twice a day, fasted him this past tuesday
Not a live plant for me, but a plant
all my levels are in good standing
had the fish about a week and a half, and no not a new owner. This is my third one.
