Well this one seems to be something but I'm not 100% sure. My fish hasn't eaten today and seems like he isn't happy. Started this morning, all I did different yesterday was add a couple more plants.

Today looking at him, he has a tiny bulge near the back of him, and his head is kind of silvery, which I never noticed before. He had a grey part under his head since I got him, which looked like it belong, that hasn't changed. His silvery color is on the side of his head.

His tank is 2 gallons, just changed 100% yesterday. All levels ok, has salt, no filter. Temp 80 degrees.

I think he has gill disease, they look more red than usual.

could an internal parasite do this and make him like this??
