Well I went to Walmart today and just had to look at the bettas. Well I saw this betta labeled Veiltail Female. I take a closer look and "she" flares at me! I realized "she" was a male Plakat. He was very beautiful and stunning. He was a navy blue color with royal blue fins with spots on them. I wish I had room for him.:-(
yup walmart always has male plakats labeled as females over here all i can think of is the poor person who wont know the diference and add them to a sorority or something =/ especialy if they buy a few O.O

Yep. i've heard that there has been a massacre of small pets by disease in petsmart. they keep the bettas in small cups containing a strange blue colored water. i don't get why it's blue.
The local walmart where i live has been doin that too, if I had more room i would so get one, considering they run for $30-40 on aquabid, nabbing one for less than $4 would qualify as a steal in my book
