Mysis shrimp question

I bought frozen mysis for my dwarf puffer but he's shows no interest in them. Last night I distributed a bunch among Kilo, Tango and Whiskey. Next thing I know, Whiskey and Tango are pacing back and forth pacing and flaring at nothing. Kilo never flares but he did get really active. Is it okay to give it to them daily along with their pellets, as long as I don't overfeed them? I know bloodworms can cause constipation. Not sure about mysis shrimp. They seemed to really dig them. And the corys loved the ones that sunk before Tango could scarf them up!
