New guy acting strange

Well my marble came to me VERY cold..he eats well but acts really strange, he shakes his head alot, and swims pretty eractically...I have not seen this before, should I treat him for something? Also his fins and tail have become very orange instead of yellow, and his blue is pale. He has devoped a few white splotches on his upperback..looks like it is just is coloring but is it something else? I am concerned he has contracted something with his lowered immune system, he is in with my other boys and don't want them getting sick.

Did you treat his water with some aquarium salt? And is it heated? Maybe he is just getting used to his enviorment. Wait a couple days.

yes salt and heated to 78 degrees..

Sometimes mine do that when I'm close up to their tanks. They get all excited because they think it's feeding time. It looks normal to me, but hopefully some other people will give you opinions. Marbles will change different colors so it could be that.
