I would do at least 50% daily water changes for now, make sure you match the water temps and use your dechlorinator, he may just be stressed from the complete water change.

Here are some more. Hopefully these pics work. Sorry for all the posts but its not letting my edit the others. There is no change is his condition.
Some time he will just swim to the bottom and I guess collapse. Not sure if thats the right way to describe it. He will be laying down arkwardly not moving but his gills are still moving. If I put my hand next to him he will swim fast and normally away and he can come up for air normally. Still wont come up to eat though. Any ideas?

Honestly I don't see anything alarming. He doesn't look bloated and he doesn't seem to have any spots or fuzz. It must be something internal that's bothering him. Keep him warm and do really frequent water changes and keep a close eye on him to see if he starts displaying any symptoms that might help you identify what's wrong.

And try to keep him as stress free as possible. Good luck.

He's getting worse. Now its to the point where he is lying completely on his side. He comes up for air then back to bottom of tank completely on side. He hasnt eaten in about a week and a half now. Does anyone know if I can give him anything?

Are you doing daily water changes? did he respond to them?

Move him to QT and add 1tsp/gal Epsom salt and do 100% water changes, keep holding to food for now, get the water temp in the 78-80F range
