pellet and bloodworm

seem like my betta doesn't like pellet,i already soak it before feeding, but he just chewing it and spit it out, doing it like 2-3times,then he will completely ignore it.

his favourite is bloodworm, but i heard that it will cause constipation

what should i do now?

Try another brand of pellet, or if you need to some flakes.

samething with hikari pellet,i brought omega one color flakes today and he actually eat it.
should i just keep feeding him with flakes?
because i heard that pellet is always the best choice, and only use flakes/bloodworm as a treatment.

Eventually he should take to the pellets. Just continue to feed your betta whatever it will eat, though making sure to retry foods he may have ignored in the past.

That's the problem - you're soaking it too long. When you soak it too long, it gets too physically big for them so they Have to spit it out because they have trouble eating. Try soaking for half a minute.
