Live food

I have found a seller on ebay that has a few type of live worm cultures for feeding bettas. Does anyone do that here. I was thinking of hatching live brine shrimp on occassion. Just want to offer variety and the cultures are relatively cheap.

I don't feed live but most of the breeders I know feed only live and frozen foods. I do feed frozen on occasion but I only feed live when I can get live brine shrimp or wingless fruitflies at the LFS.
