What does King Appiah have?

<img src="file:///C:/Users/Jennine/Pictures/Spring%202010/_DSC0344.JPG" alt="">My betta King Appiah is sick.&nbsp; I don't know if it is just fin rot or something else.&nbsp; <br>He is in a 10 gallon tank with an ADF and we just added a mystery snail about two weeks ago.<br>He eats flakes, there is a filter, a heater.&nbsp; The nitrate and nitrites are okay but I haven't tested much else.<br>I change about 30 to 40 percent of the water about every week or week and a half.&nbsp; <br><br>I am trying to attach pics so I will post again if it does not work.<br>King started with a pin sized hole in his fin, now part of the fin is gone.&nbsp; His gill is also affected in that he was not moving it at all yesterday.&nbsp; He stays in his castle a lot now and for a few days, did not come out to even eat although he is eating again and the gills are both moving.&nbsp; I just don't know if this is fin rot or rot plus something else.&nbsp; Could he have been stressed out by the snail?&nbsp; They don't seem to interact with the exception of Appiah bumped into his shell- looked like on purpose a few times when the snail first arrived.<br><br>Also if you have suggestions on how to treat him, do I take him out of the tank so the snail and frog are not disturbed?&nbsp; <br><br>Thanks<img src="file:///C:/Users/Jennine/Pictures/Spring%202010/_DSC0344.JPG" alt=""><input id="gwProxy" type="hidden"><!--Session data--><input onclick="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" type="hidden"><div id="refHTML"></div>

I can't say for certain since I'm not an expert, but that looks like it might be columnaris. How long have you had him? Is the ADF behaving as usual?
