Red face Plakats have captured my heart

After getting this new guy, which I haven't even named yet.
I think I have fallen in love with PKs
I really wanna breed them someday.
they are so affectionate for fish, and really active and beautiful.
What would most likely come from breeding a PK with a VT female or Ct?
I am not looking to breed anytime soon, bc i don't have the money, but I have fell in love with the little fishie

I love Plakat's also! I know nothing about breeding, so someone else will have to help you out with that. Just make sure when you're ready to breed to research thoroughly, it's not easy. :)

If you breed a PK with a VT you'll come up with all VT.. possibly with slightly shorter caudals but still VT. With CT you will end up with combtails.

If your going to breed I suggest getting a female PK if you want to keep the finage.

Join the club :) I got my first plakat yesterday and he has so much personality. Good luck with breeding them in the future, I am also planning on doing that too.

My plakat has more personality than my vt. He is always after his reflection and a strong swimmer.

I love watching them zip around their aquariums.
Lol today yesterday I was trying to get Peanut to eat and I offered him a blood worm a couple times and he got really sick of it and started shaking his head. I don't know why but it was funny :)
