Does this setup sound good...?

I have a 10g planted tank (with no fish in it yet--cycle not complete) and I plan on putting in:

1-Male betta

3-4- Cory Cats

4-5- Zebra danios or Glofish (which would you recommend?)

2-ADF's

1-Mystery Snail

Would the tank be overstocked? If so, what should I do to my numbers?

Any other fish you would recommend? Any other cool setups anyone could recommend?

Thanks!

All that would be overstocked.

Glofish are just gentically modified zebra danios

You could do;

1 betta
3-4 cories
and a mystery snail

1 betta
3 cories
4-5 danios/glofish
(I've personally had 1 female betta, 3 cories, and 3 danios and that worked out well)

1 betta
1 mystery snail
2 ADFs

I'm really not too sure on the ADFs. I'd imagine they'd like a calmer tank rather than having glofish zipping around or cories on the bottom with them.
Snails are also really dirty as well.

waaaaay over stocked. :(

You could do as SK said. Those are all great ideas.

I personally wouldn't recommend a snail for a community tank. They eat very little algae in you tank actually (at least mine does) and poop sooo much. They are REALLY cool to watch though! So, if you want one, go for it!
ADFs are pretty shy little guys, I also think the danios would stress them. You can use this: http://www.aqadvisor.com/ to figure everything out.

Hmmm...I wonder if I could do the:

1 betta
3 cories
4-5 danios/glofish

and then get the ADF's to put in this 1.2 gallon bowl I have.

Would they do alright in there? (my girlfriend really wants them. haha)

Would the ADF's be okay in the 1.2g? It doesn't have a filter or a heater. Is that okay?

I think I've decided to leave the Betta out of this setup. I know I know, let out your gasps but bear with me on this one!

Reason being because I don't want to risk him harming other fish or other fish harming him. Instead I think I'm going to put in:

2 ADF's
5 glofish
3 corys

and keep the betta in a new 5 gallon I may inherited from a friend who decided he didn't want to keep fish any longer. That way all the fish can live in harmony and I won't have to worry about breaking up fights. Thoughts?

I think that's a great idea!!!!! There is a chance your betta wouldn't even get along with the others, so good plan!!

Maybe you should check out glowlight tetras, instead of the glofish.
