Food?

Wondering if I am feeding my babies enough. I know from reading that they usually act like they are starving but still wondering. I use Aqua Culture Betta Pellet Food. [color-enhancing fish food] the back of the bottle says to feed 2-4 pellets twice a day. I feed Buster 3 in the morning and 4 at night. Peep gets 2 in the morning and 3 at night. Buster attacks the food. And acts like, "That's it? That's all I get?" Peep actually smacks hers. I mean that you can hear her make a smack sound when she gets it. But she just eats and then gives me that look like Hey watch me. Bonnie will stare you down whenever you are in the room and keep going to the little hole in the lid and then stareing at it. Like "FEED ME FEED ME FEED ME!"

I guess I just am wondering because the pellet container says to "Remove any uneaten pellets" and I have read that on here several times. I am looking at my fish and thinking "what uneaten pellets? "

Do you think they are getting to much? They don't have any problems that I can tell, not bloated or anything.

I doubt it. I feed mine VERY small amounts (like one pellet or 1-2 flakes) 4-5 times per day. Making him starve for a day or two isn't a bad idea, either.

I do fast them on Sundays. Except for Bonnie. She is in my DD room so she is in charge of her. She has fed her everyday since we got her and she hasn't had any problems. {Bought her right after Christmas}
