Question One thing still not clear to me?!

What are some things you can feed a betta besides Freeze Dried Bloodworms, pellets, and flakes? This is pretty much the only not clear to me.

If you can get your hands on some mosquito larvae, they go ape-$hyt for it!

I also feed mine frozen bloodworms and frozen mysis shrimp on occasion.

what about frozen brine shrimp? And I heard Daphnia is also another food.

worms brine shrimp mosquito larvae daphnia mysis crushed aquatic snails they eat mainly bugs in the wild some people give their fry beefheart (i wouldnt recommend it)

My friend feeds hers banana worms, and apparently they love them.
I put some washed lettuce in my betta's tanks for 12-24 hours and they love the stuff.

they look like yellow mush, but bettas love them ;)
Of course, she feeds them just as treats, maybe once or twice a month. They're meant for fry, really.
