Post 10g Sorority

Well after 3 weeks of working on it my sorority is complete. The girls have been in there for a while. The aggression has definitly gone down from the first day, though there's still some chasing/nipping at fins going on between Rei, Artemis and Hera. Asuka and Athena are doing fine and mostly chill out while watching the other three chase each other. Any input would be greatly appreciated. :)

Looks great!!!

One thing, you may want to consider getting a hood/cover for your tank. I'm so scared on of your girls will jump!!

Haha I was like "Wow, another tank? You must have something goin on" hahaha.

That's such a PRETTY tank! I'd also recommend a hood, but you've got that covered (no terrible pun intended lol)

I think floating plants would look crazy pretty...

Thanks xxabc! I'll look into some floating plants, cause I feel the front of the tank needs something in the top part of it. Or maybe I'll go check out Joanne Fabrics, they had some vine type plants that I can probably rig to the sides of the tank that will give the girls a place to chill in at the top. :)

Very pretty! I just got my 10 gallon sorority going last week too. Not as pretty as yours.

What are you using for a "clean up crew"? Corycats? nothing? I've just got the 5 females and i'm already noticing food buildup in the gravel.

Thanks everyone! Iamtracy your 10g sorority looks awesome, there are a bunch of good hiding spots for your girls and I like the plants you have in there. :) I currently don't have a clean up crew in my tank, I had thought about adding an oto or two. Though I have to say, it seems that most of the food that gets to the gravel is eaten. I've sat and watched Rei and once and a while one of the others pretty much pick over the gravel looking for any flakes they missed. I'm sure there's still some food they missed, but there really hasn't been a big build up of left overs on the bottom.
