hikari bio gold - Canada

I briefly read a sign (I was in a rush) at the petstore announcing this food will no longer be shipped into Canada.
Has anyone heard any information about this, and what other brand is recommended if we can't get it up here? I've tried the Top Fin stuff and they just don't like it.
I think tomorrow I'll go out and buy a bunch of bio gold before its gone.

I got it at the LFS and I've seen it at a few LFS'S in my area.

The ones i had - my betta HATED. Too big esp.

I need to find him something he likes and can easily eat like the flakes he eats now.

Both the top fin and bio gold are pellets. I'm not a fan of flakes.. : (

The flakes are flake-y, if it can't be worded better. They're a completely different shape.

Ohhh, haha. Well simply because of different brands, they would consist of generally different ingredients. Like the same way different pellet brands have different ingredients from each other. But in terms of "majority of pellets make good staple", I would say flakes are pretty much the same as pellets, in over-all nutrition. I think.
