Zatara and Ivy

So I posted somewhere else that I have a silly male and female who are buddies and don't fight, I'm still keeping a close eye on them, but I snapped a few pics of them. Zatara's tail has never recovered from Merlin getting over the divider, so that's why it's so short. But Ivy prefers to stay on his side of the tank than with the other girls! She's the only thing that can somehow fit through the divider, whenever she finds herself on the girl's side she goes right back to Zatara's!

Haha I know it's the weirdest thing! :) It is fun to see a female and male interact without breeding.

Its hard to tell but do your dividers go deep into your gravel? If they don't I bet she is sneaking under them, my VeilTail would do that often until I added another 2pounds of gravel to keep it deep enough he couldn't burrow under.

Yeah the dividers actually go in about an inch into the gravel. Yeah I don't have any room for fry haha! But he doesn't have a bubble nest, and if or when he does I'll be sure to move her out. Plus she's tiny and has never had eggs, even though I've had her about 6 months.
