bubbles/blisters on eyes?

So last week charlie did something to his right eye, just as of today I've noticed a bubble/blister like thing on his left eye. What could this be?

I just cleaned his tank monday, did about 50%. I've been treating him with Maracyn, because he had a bad, sudden case of fin rot. I'm half way into treating him for a second week, I also thought it'd be a good med because I thought maybe, he had pop eye. Also, I put 1 tablespoon of ground up aquarium salt when I did the water change.
Tank temp is at 81 degrees.

No one has any ideas or suggestions?

If it's popeye the Maracyn should help.

Well they're like little white bubbles on his eyes, I wasn't able to find anything in the diseases section on here that matched what he has. Also, he has a new bubble on his right eye that had appeared to heal, today will be 10 days that I've been treating him with the maracyn.

I have no idea what the bubbles could be unless it's popeye and looks like bubbles.

Well, it's not his whole eye, it's just one little bubble on each eye.

The only thing I've ever read that mentions bubbles is gas bubble disease. You can google it. I don't know if it's a fit or not. I've never experienced it, just read about it. Not much help, sorry. :(

Thanks Vaygirl, I looked it up. It sounds like that could be a possibility, the only thing is, is I have no idea how he'd get that, I always make sure the new water I put in his tank is roughly the same temp as the water in his tank. It's usually at 82 degrees. It's weird, the bubbles seem to flatten out and then disappear. I've just never seen or heard of this before, so I'm rather confused.

Yeah, I'm not too sure either. It's a strange and specific problem. When I was searching I also saw something about flukes and eye spots. Again, not positive. We really need to find a fish vet and hold her/him hostage on our forum. :)

Do you think you could get a picture? I know, they're hard enough to photograph sometimes. I can't imagine trying to photograph their eyes.
