I made a plant nursery!

Since getting these plants, I'm trying to revive them from what state they were previously in. Best way to do that is add CO2, since I'm not too sure on the whole DIY I thought I'd test it out for a little while in a makeshift nursery.
Everything I already had using

Plastic container
Extra small filter
DIY CO2 setup
Established gravel
Cotton balls
Large rocks
Plants
Desktop lamp with CFL

The CO2 is hooked up to the beginning of the plastic bottle then the filter shoots it through the cotton chopping it up perfect for plants.

The large rock at the end of the bottle is just to hold the bottle in place.

Easy cheap way to grow plants without having to worry about killing my fish because I don't know exactly what I'm doing!

I know it's working, my anacharis is already growing some! Although it does normally grow fast too.

Go ahead and bring that over to my house so that I can nurse my plants back to heath.
