betta one and 2

My bettas are thriving right now.last night my first male betta had to be returned to the store he was dieing from a deformity of his tail (no tail at all) and he was acting really strange. I have a new male crowntail betta named mr. miaigi and the girls name is star they are thriving and happy in their warm tank. Sky(my first male crowntail betta) will always be in my memory but he was in need of some medical attention for he would even be close to healthy or normal.
Is it possible i fell in love with my fish? they are like my children

I love my fish like I would any other pet. A lot of people think it's just a fish, but they're just as much of a pet as a dog or a cat is. :)

i have a tank divider so they can see each other but no come in contact with each other.
