What are these plants?

I bought a new plant for my aquarium but don't really know much about it.

Picture of new plant:

It looks just like another plant I currently have but has orange-red leaves. I don't know much about either plant tbh, but the older plant has been thriving and hasn't died yet. I have been calling it Japanese Cress.

Picture of my other plant:

Can someone tell me what these are?

They both have heart shaped leaves, and small roots spray out from different places. Does that kinda help?

I don't think so, the girl didn't know. They have stems yes, no bulbs.
