question about filter and heater

i just bought a new tank for little Sushi, which came with a new filter, i used my heater from his previous tank. what i have found tho is when the filter is running the temparture drop quite a bit even tho the heater is switched on?

im confused as everything is set up correctly, and i know that the heater is the correct watt for the size of the tank.

any help would be mch appreciated.

thanks

the filter is moving the water around. It ought to straighten itself out in very little time.

You could always get a thermometer to keep an eye on the temperature.
