Tetras

I want to add a few neon or other tetras in Lucky's tank. He's in a 2.5 and I think if I got 3 or 4 I would be fine. 5 or more: pushing it.
What do you think?

You need at least 10 gallons to add schooling fish like Tetras.

How much do 10 gallons cost usually?
I want to find something under $30, but I'm flexible. (:

I'm not really sure, I think the kits are around $50. You should check Craigslist and similar sites for a good deal.
