White Growth On Back?

Hey Ive noticed this white growth on the back of my betta.

Any suggestions on what this could be and the fastest way to treat

omg poor thing im not sure whats wrong i would say fungus but i dont think it is try changing his water and mabey adding some aquarium salt sorry i cant be more help!

Looks like Cotton Wool. Same thing as Cotton Mouth, just in a different place. I used Pimafix, most people wouldn't suggest this, I am sure you could find a fungal treatment somewhere, that would work. I used Pimafix, before I came to this forum. I treated King, now all he has is a scar on his back. Also, keep his tank water clean, and add aquarium salt.
