new member with 2 new boys

hi everyone! i've had quite a few bettas before, and i love them! my daughters went with me to petco today and twisted my arm to get them a couple of fish. i saw the king bettas for the first time today and they're huuuuge, so naturally, i had to get one. lol. but i also saw a nice double tail male for my younger daughter that she liked. so without further ado, here are the new boys...

now my wife is set on getting one of her own. she's already spotted one she likes on aquabid.com. has anyone ever purchased a fish there before? any feedback would be appreciated. oh by the way, here's the one my wifes got her eye on. if we do get him, she wants to name him marshmallow. lol

Welcome to the forum! Your fish are beautiful! A lot of people on here have bought from aquabid, but it can get quiet expensive with not only the price of the fish, but the shipping cost.

thanks everyone! actually, my wife doesn't mind spending my $40 or more for him. lol!!! so i already put a bid on him, hopefully we'll win. he'll be coming from thailand, and i'm not too sure how the shipping goes and if i have to contact the transhipper in the u.s. or if the seller of the fish does that for me? how long do they usually take to get here?
