My new Idea

Okay either I will take the dividers out of my 10 gal, or buy a new one.
I want to make a sorority tank with a 10 gallon.
This is the plan so far...
I want to use sand as the substrate,
I want a carpet of Java moss and a piece of driftwood as the centerpiece,
put my red aponogeton maybe in the left hand area and add my swords and moneywort, distributed around.
How many females can a 10 gallon hold?
Along with maybe 2 Cory Cats, and a few ghost shrimp or cherry shrimp and snails?
I don't want to overstock O.O

I'd say 4-6 would be good with shrimp. Cories have to be in groups of At least 3 so I'd not go with them since you need at least 4 girls.
Sounds like a good plan. Java moss grows really fast, but it's messy!

Ahh let's see we have the tank ready to stock.
Took the dividers out.
I have a sand bottom, my red lily, duckweed, moneywort, little swords, and some random plant my mom gave me, (but it is safe), and a fern...
I plan on going to get some java moss, or dwarf hair grass, and some dwarf annubis.
and I got peices of rock in there too :)
It is pretty :)
Akira is all alone (well with two bumblebee catfish) in the 10 gallon...
The boys are in thier gallon tanks.
Now that Skye has healed up, I might adopt him out.

You put duckweed? Isn't that the floating stuff that's hard to get rid of? Don't forget to take enough out to let your bettas have space to "breathe" at the surface.
