Unhappy puffy

none of my bettas have this but others have died from this:

its "chin" puffs out (not flaring because i know what flaring looks like and that is not it) it almost looks like a bubble then the betta eventually dies. its cureable if caught early.

any ideas?

Bloated? Fast {withhold food} for a bit. Or I have seen where some give a pea to make the fish go to the bathroom. Some say NEVER to give the pea. Sooo... I guess I'm not much help.

Mine are bloated today, I fed them freeze dried bloodworms AND thier three pellets... Then got some new betta flakes for the new guy that won't eat, and tested it on them, which of course they ate (only a TINY bit like two flakes to see if they would eat it) which adds up to a lot of food in a day. I shouldn't give in to thier puppy faces >.< Needless to say Hishashi Haruki and Spoof are lounging on a leaf with a very full tummy. So they are fasting tomorow... If you fast them a day, they should digest it all and be just fine
