New guy still isn't doing too good.

Here is what is going on.
He stayed at the bottom looking at me, or in his cave, only swimming up to get air.
He yawns, and his mouth is REALLY pale. (he is dark blue and his mouth is almost whitish blue.)
He won't eat, again... -__- he is currently surviving off of the one pellet he DID eat.
Yet, he still flares if there is a mirror there.
The water temp is 78, he is still in the divided 10 gallon, with me doing 10% waer change every day,
I bought a gallon critter keeper to quarentine him in, now that mister anole is back in the wild, I ned to disinfect it and get it ready...
Will moving him cause him even more stress?
