Black Spot

Hi everyone. . .

I'm new to this forum, and new to bettas--actually fish in general--and I had a question regarding my betta, Luna, and black spot disease. I've included two clickable pics--one full body, one close up of the area in question. Is this black discoloration normal, or is this something of concern?

I appreciate any help!

I am very convinced that the black spot are Luna's coloring. Very pretty fish by the way.

Is she acting normal? Judging by her overall coloration she's a marble, so I would assume that the black is her normal coloration!

Perfectly normal behavior, as far as I can tell--I've had her only a week! But she's very active, swimming around a lot and eats well.

She's cute! looks pretty normal to me too!
