Conditioning and Fry food Q

Could I feed Nutrimar Tigrio Bottled Copepods to fry, if so how old should they be before I feed them.(http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/p...93&pcatid=2593)

Convict Cichlids if I feed their fry to my betta's for conditioning will this increase the risk of the male eating his own fry?

Can Mystery snails make enough infusoria to sustain fry? if so how many for a 10 gallon. Do I have the snails in the tank while the fish are spawning or do I add them after the sire is taken out?

Any other advice on conditioning and fry food? I already decided that I will not use BBS, but I will be using an assortment of worms.

(I am putting all the information I can find in a binder for reference so any extra tid-bits/secret recipes you have would be really helpful.)
