Slight clamped fins...?

I'm sorry if this is a really obvious question, but since I brought Leela home today, her fins have been slightly clamped- not fully, but slightly. This has never happened to me before- is she jsut getting used to her new tank? She is awfully shy, after all...
Edit- Alright, maybe I'm just overreacting- after watching my bettas, they do that do when they're swimming. (except for Hattie, who is a show-off at all times.) It's just that I'm not used to "quiet" bettas- all of my bettas are spunky and hyper.

She may just need more time to adjust to the new tank, keep the water really clean and watch for other symptoms like flashing, hiding, hanging at the top or bottom all the time...etc......

Flashing? What do you mean? And she spends most of her time at the top in her plants. But she does go down to the bottm and middle of the tank, too... She hides, too, but isn't too shy to come up to the glass to see me.

Flashing is when the fish throws themselves on objects in the tank as if to scratch

Hmm. No, I don't think she does that. She just darts around really fast and shakes her head.

Update:
After watching her more closely, yep, she flashes... Looks like I'll have to deal with some parasites. >.<
