My newest Rescue

Meet Rupert (named ofter Rupert Grint because he is a ginger in fish form). He's a petsmart rescue that I paid only what petsmart paid for him (31 cents!!!!). His cup that he came in was completly filthy and full of feces and bits of fin. I don't think it had been changed in weeks! He is currently in a small critter keeper for quarantine so I can change his water daily and monitor him easier. When I first got him this morning, I figured he wouldn't last overnight, but now, 7 hours later, I am thinking he can definitely pull through, and he will be such a gorgeous little VT with some TLC.
When I first got him out of that filthy cup:

From what I can see, he's adorable *squints* but I have bad eyesight so it's hard to see him!
