Even if you did buy him, you wouldn't get that exact betta. If you read the description it said that you would get one that looks like him, but chances are, not as pretty.

I saw that exact betta auction the other day. I would kill for a dragon, but I live in the middle of nowhere so the shipping is a ton and I live so far away from any decent pet stores. But I have dragon stuff, a dragon tattoo, and I'm a dragon on the chinese zodiac, so I gotta get one eventually! lol
