So, I've lost 3 bettas fo far and I was going to give up when my Rephaim's health seemed to deteriorate.
Fortunately, I was able to help dhim pull through and he's now eating and swimming all over the place. His fins got damaged through his ordeal but I'm looking forward to see him get back to his former beauty.

I went to Petco 2 days ago and skimmed through the betta cups (I was distracted while on the phone with my mother) when I saw my newest beauty! I couldn't believe my luck! I've always wanted an opaque HM but since they are impossible to find I had decided to wait until I can keep a healthy betta for a long period of time before spending big money on an opaque.
I really didn't think about it, I just walked up to the register and paid for him before someone janked him out of my hands

Ok, he's definitely not an opaque but he's perfect! I'm totally ikn love with him
