i have a baby biorb (15 litres / 4 gallons)

They are really cool, and super easy to look after. they have a built in airpump which pushes the air through the tube in the middle and the water is moved around in a big circular motion in the tank, which pushes all the yukky stuff into the filter, which is at the bottom of the tube.
to clean it, you replace the water, and twist the tube & filter out, wash it and put it back in... or you can buy new filters for about $9 and put a new filter in each time.

You've got a BEAUTIFUL tank! =] If I ever get the money I'll buy a 10 or 20 gallon version one day! =]

unfortunately here in australia they are much more expensive to buy because of the importing taxes and delivery, and then the reseller puts their mark up..
i paid about $560 for mine - where as in america I think it is about $250

D8.......... You paid almost $600 for a 10 gallon?

On second thought I'll just stick with my Walmart kits. XD It's a lot more affordable for the average poor kid. =P

Though If I'm ever rich one day I'll get some bio-orbs for me and my kids! (If I have kids I hope I will though! =])

well in america they are much more reasonable - i think at petsmart they are 218$

In my pet store, i saw a 10 gallon tank (not a kit) glass for 30$
but it was on sale which lasted for a week or so
