Well, I've never had romantic love, but I have loved people and animals in my life. It hurts a lot to lose them, but I wouldn't trade what I've learned from them (and the pain of their loss) or the happy times we had together. So agree, I guess.

Agree. I could never imagine my life without experiencing my Dad's love, and I know I'll never forget it. I would be an entirely different person if I hadn't known my Dad. Yeah, the pain of losing them can be unbearable, but not even experiencing the love that makes the pain so great...? Horrible beyond imagining.

In terms of romantic love, I'd have to disagree. But after the last two disasters, I'm a little biased.

Agree. I've been through my fair share of crap in my life but I still wouldn't change it.

On a similar note.. don't hold grudges.. it only makes you age. Accept the past and look forward to the future.

I'd agree but I don't think I've ever been in love so I wouldn't really know. =/ It sounds true though.. Wait... do freinds/family count or is it only romantic (nonsexual or otherwise) love that counts?
