[Learn To Fly]

This is the horse that I ride. He's a Spanish Barb gelding who is 20 but you would never know it from riding him. He was my instructor's first horse quite a while ago and now she does preliminary level eventing (not on him though).

So here he is

Thanks! Yeah they are. One of the ones in the first pic died, and one of the ones in the second pic got run over. But the gray tabby (not pictured) had kittens and now there's four cats again! (She's spayed now I believe)

I ride english, and more specifically eventing. Very low level eventing. But he can do anything. He did pony club, 4-h, western of some sort, barrel racing (a bit), dressage (up to first level), and eventing. He still neck reins :D

I only started riding him...almost a year ago. He's really hard to control, because if he had his way he would gallop 24/7 lol. It's funny to think that this time last year I had so much trouble even trotting a small jump course on him (I couldn't stop him), and now we're cantering whole courses with flying lead changes, bending lines, etc. Because he was so hard to stop my instructor was going to get a harsher bit (but I didn't really want that) but now I ride him in a hackamore except for dressage.
