Just bought a new 17 litre tank and the filter that came with it is TOO strong, the fish are seriously fighting against it so I need to know how to slow it down. I have the pantyhose over the inlet but its still really bad.
After setting my new tank up with a plant, heater, thermometer and some water from the other tanks today I have noticed the water is cloudy, I did a 50% water change and it hasnt changed, any ideas?
Also, earlier before I changed the water the rosy barbs and my betta were all on the surface of the water, swimming with their mouths above the line after I changed it they went back to swimming normally but now again their back to swimming with their mouths to the surface of the water lol
