How do bettas eat Blood Worms?

I got Blood Worms for Redsnow. But im not sure if he likes them. He puts them in his mouth then spits it out. Is he sucking out the blood? Or does he just not like them?

Are they frozen or freeze dried?

If frozen, thaw them out in a little tank water before you feed him.

If they are freeze dried, you need to rehydrate them in some tank water for a good 15 minutes or so before you feed them. Your fish can have issues with the dried up bloodworms like getting stuck in their throat or choking on them.
