I see it says on the bottle 'For aquarium fish'. I think they'd be fine if you follow the dosage.

Bettas are aquarium fish...

Normally anything that is suitable for tropical fish is suitable for bettas, except food.

it says 1 drop on feed a day...at the pet shop they sed 2 drop a week..and if the colers start faiding put more..

I don't see why it would be any harm... If you see any decline in the fish, then you might want to stop to see if it gets better, but other than that I'd say go for it. I've never heard of anything wrong with it...
