Healing Tears in Fins

Well, as of today I noticed a pretty big tear in my White DT, its from the back of his tail fin to about halfway in. It seems to be pretty major, as of right now he is in a 20 gal long, divided into 4ths. Each betta has live plants, and a small pleco to clean up a bit. Water temp is 78, filtered, heated. Some AQ salt added and stress coat. Should I QT him or what? Anything helps, thank you.

Just keep using the salt and make sure his water is really clean. Clean water will prevent his tail fin from getting infection. I don't think you have to quarantine him, but I think it might help. add Bettamax
