Correct- you collect and use oak leave just as you do Indian almond leaf or IAL

no way ok so i will make up some garlic juice for him and if that dosnt work i will try the oak leave thing thanks a bunch... i will keep you guys posted

you probably already know this, but if you find oak leaves, make sure they don't have pesticides on them.

Firekidomaru: ^.^ no , I'm not joking.

Though, I'm curious, how deeply colored can you let the water get with the oak leaves? the water I've made to put the fish in is almost brown, more of a yellow color, with stuff floating in it that are probably little bits of leaves. Is this alright?

lolz and i have no idea about the oak leaves sorry.... oldfishlady knows ALOT about it so i would message her.... lolz and SilverCaracal yes i know that but thanks for the reminder... does anyone else know about this garlic juice? im kinda nervous as i have never done it b4... any one have any advice?

Yes, the oak leave will stain the water a nice amber color, the more leaves you add and the longer they steep the darker the water.

Garlic-I only use fresh garlic and I use a garlic press and then a side of a knife to make a paste out of it and then I mix it or smash it up in the food, unused food and garlic I freeze.
