Can I keep to Females in a 2 gallon tank?

I would not advise that......could end up with two badly injured and/or dead fish......

Yes, you can keep females together in larger tanks with a lot of hiding places and more females to spread the aggression.
In 2g that is not enough room for two fish, only one can be safely housed in that size of tank along with 2-3 weekly water changes for the fish to thrive not just survive.....

How bout a ten gallon?

On this form many folks do the all female in a 10g tank, however, IMO/E a 20g or larger works much better, IMO-the 10g is too small for the proper number of females needed to keep the aggression down....with that said....I have read lots of post here about others success in using the 10g all female tank...so it is up to you on what you want to try, but the very least a 10g and 4-5 females at most and IMO that is stocked pretty tight with risk of a female getting bullied due to too few females...this is just my opinion.......

Yup, what OFL said. Unfortunately females can be even more aggressive than males, so you really have to watch out.
