She looks a little sad... She has stress stripes. How long has the tank been set up, what is the temp of the water, how big a tank is she in? Also, what kind of decorations do you have in the tank? Sometimes those can be a problem.

Do a water change. With a 1.5 you should do a water change 3 times a week. I would also add a plant or two so she can hide in them.

She could just be settling in to her new water. How long has it been since the water change?

Something in your water, probably. Did you rinse everything with vinegar or bleach, and if so, did you rinse everything well? And your water hasn't come in contact with any toxic things to fish (Windex, cleaning solutions, etc.) And are you using well water? Well water can be very harmful to fish.

Well water? There's stuff for making well water safe for fish? What's it called, just out of curiosity?
Not parasites. I really don't know... Does she have any sores or anything that could be an illness on her body or fins?
