The thing about well water is that it is all different and there is no standard, You have an actual well drilled into the ground and anything could be leaching into it, bacteria, ph, minerals etc etc. I grew up with well water and we accidently buried our dog too close to the well...Now we drink bottled water.
Given that you have had two great fish die over the past few weeks and now this one is acting ill I would take no chances with that water. I understand you don't have the money to afford a test kit or even a petsmart to take it to but whatever may be in that water may not be in the parameters of the test kit.
I don't understand how you came to the conclusion that Alien and Tango were full of parasites, and I can't find a thread where that was discussed. I hope your not avoiding the issue here, you really love betta fish and really want to have one, and I can tell you put a lot of effort into taking care of them, or else you wouldn't be here., or being making these wonderful betta comics.
I think if you could get water from another source, spring water or even city water from school or someone's work or just going into town that might be the solution for you, of course you know to be sure to condition it. I'd really try that if you want to keep fish.
I don't have a test kit either, but luckily I have city water, I have taken it to Petsmart for testing and it has been fine. I cannot really afford a test kit myself so I know how that feels.
I hope you can do this, so we can have lots of Skolly comics to come:)

As long as it's not gold powder or dust (velvet) it's her natural color.
