Question Little Bloated... Could it be the food?

Hello everyone.

So basically my Alejandro I fed bloodworms for a week or so, every other day, a few of them and he would bloat... so I fasted him for a few days then fed him again and he'd look puffy... so I thought maybe he's allergic to that food or something...

Then, I attempted giving him some Betta pellets and he seemed okay. I'd give him two of them every other day... and he still gets bloated...

Is it these foods? Or am I overfeeding? 'Cause I don't think I am...

Bloodworms should only be fed as a once or twice a week treat.
