Question What would you guys think about...

My new guy (for now, known as Fehmi) and Tallulah-Faye?
Interesting match. (Good match or bad?)
I think they would make very interesting fry...

Yep, I know, they're both pet store bettas. But it would be quite interesting to see what would come out!
What kind of colors, do you think? Hard to say...
and Yep, F1 generation, so messy combtails.
I don't know much about colors and tail types, but I do know SOME.

Go ahead and try it! see what comes out? Just make sure you have owners for the fry and the equipment for breeding, Breeding costs can run up to about 300 dollars, but extermly worth it! oh and I think they would have very pretty fry!

Thanks. :) He's a VT.
Yep, see what comes out as in what coloration the fry would have.
I am planning on breeding Spiri and Hattie, so maybe once Marmaduke is rid of his parasites, I'll try it out. :)
I've done a lot of researchm, so I know what I'm doing.

I think you'd get mostly red marbles, from what I've read so far on betta genetics.

There are a lot of great articles here: http://bettysplendens.com/articles/home.imp

Well, you know what they say about pet store bettas.
That said, I think you should go for it! I'd be very interested to see the fry. :P
